About me

      My professional background is in automation; starting with robotics and industrial, and shifting later to building automation. Although ultimately I am just happy wherever there is electronics and programming. My passion in life, aside from my wife and kids, is finding things that I do repeatedly, and figuring out ways to stop doing them. It really gets my engines going. Aside from that, I am completely obsessed with robots, and I am a huuuugeeee fan of all things free and open source. I should mention that another passion of mine is saving money, which is where I have developed a love for building automation. I don’t have a lot of practical use for articulating robots in my house…yet… but working in BAS has shown me that there are dozens of home automated projects to help save me money.
